It is carried out when a minimum of 80% of the goods ordered are export packed and 100% of the goods are finished.
Samples are selected at random, according to AQL sampling standards and procedures. The inspection ensures that the production is in accordance with the specifications, purchase orders or letters of credit.

Main check point for PSI:

1. Check the quality of units according to client’s specification and/or EN/ASTM standards.
2. Check the Chemical Analysis, Mechanical Property Test if need.
3. Check the functions and dimensional function according to API 598/API 600 etc.
4. Check the dimension according to client’s drawing.
5. Conduct NDT- RT, PT, MT, UT, VT, PMI.
6. Ensure the calibration and accuracy of the equipment.
7. Check the labeling, packaging of product if matches with product specifications, packaging, packing and marking.
8. Assess packaging form.
