The production is inspected when at least 20% of the order has been completed so as to ensure that contractual obligations regarding specifications, packing and marking are met. More generally, the During Production Inspection makes it possible to provide recommendations on site, so that the quality is maintained throughout the entire production phase.

Main checkpoint for DPI:

1. Check the quality of raw materials.
2. Check the quality of units according to client’s specification and/or EN/ASTM standards.
3. Check the Chemical Analysis, Mechanical Property Test.
4. Check the functions and dimensional function according to API 598/API 600 etc.
5. Check the procedure and actual operation of Heat Treatment, Welding Repair etc.
6. Conduct NDT.
7. Ensure the calibration and accuracy of the equipment.
8. Give advices to improve product quality and minimize defects.
