This process is carried out at the beginning of the production line and is based on the customer's specifications and reference sample. The Initial Production Check allows an early (and thus cost-saving) prevention of defective components as well as timely corrections if needed.

Main checkpoint for PPI:

1. Check the quality of raw materials.
2. Check the quality of first-piece units according to client’s specification and/or EN/ASTM standards.
3. Check the Chemical Analysis, Mechanical Property Test.
4. Evaluate the production line running and production capacity.
5. Ensure the calibration and accuracy of the equipment.
6. Give advices to improve product quality and minimize defects.
